         What it is?
         -----------
            SCONVERT is a Command line program to convert digital
        sound files from signed format to unsigned format, and back.
        It is very simple to use. If you are familiar with any of the
        command line DOS utilities like XCOPY then you should have not
        problem with SCONVERT.


        Usage: SCONVERT [file]


                files   - The name of the file or files to be converted.
                          DOS type wildcard are ok to use.



        SCONVERT will convert all files specified and change the filename
        extension to .CNV .


        THAT'S IT
        ---------
                Don't be afraid to call or write if I have made any
        misspellings or errrors while documenting SCONVERT.
                ALSO, if anything is unclear, do call, after all this
        is our business.
