Sound Convert - A utility to convert sound files

What this is?

  Sound Convert is a utility to convert sound files from signed to
unsigned format.  It will also convert sound files from unsigned
format to signed format.


    Usage: SCONVERT [files]
                     files = Names of files to convert.
                             Wildcards *,? ok.

     If you have any problems read the SCONVERT.DOC.
