Srivatsan > nsrivats@ttidca.tti.com Since the topic is probably of general interest and since most of you aren't reading the FAQ for this group, I'll repeat my offer: If you want a tape of 386BSD, send me a tape and I'll put bits on it and send it back. Restrictions are: 1. don't hurry - i'm not making any tapes until 0.1 comes out; 2. include a postage-affixed, pre-addressed return mailer with your tape - i will not reuse the package it comes in, nor will i so much as lick a stamp. any tapes arriving without a return mailer are mine to keep, without notice to you. 3. i don't care what kind of tape you send me. i'll get it written. i prefer 8mm (exabyte/sony), 4mm (rdat), qic-150, or qic-525. i can also write tk50, tk70, 6250, 1600, old-style "60MB Sun" format. in a week or two i'll be able to write DECtape I tapes, though i will be astonished if anybody wants me to write that format. 4. don't include any note or letter with your tape, i'll just lose it. you should write "386bsd" somewhere on the tape or mailers, though. 5. send tapes to my house, not my office; this is not a DEC service: 386BSD Tapes c/o Paul Vixie 3477 South Court Palo Alto, CA 94306 -- Paul Vixie, DEC Network Systems Lab Palo Alto, California, USA "Ready, Fire, Aim" decwrl!vixie vixie!paul alt.pink.bunny.boom.boom.boom moderator
