Then using /usr/local/bin/suidperl might be your solution.

Ach komm, ich denke schon, daß die Raver sehr tolerant sind. Gerade bei dieser
Love Parade. Du mußt dir nur mal ansehen, wer da sein wird: Westbam, Marusha,
Blümchen, ein Wagen vom Marienhof ... Also, das würde meine Toleranzgrenze weit
