Well, someone else a while ago posted a note on how to disklabel
floppies and gave a similar command to you (sans the typo :) and said
'ignore the error'

So, what I've done is taken a blank, Mossdos formatted floppy and
typed:

disklabel -w -r fd0a floppy3 "blah" /usr/mdec/fdboot /usr/mdec/bootfd
# ignore the error here
newfs -m 0 /dev/fd0a # to give more space - should also decrement inodes :)

and cpio-ed the stuff from the fixit floppy to the 1.44MB newfloppy
with my new kernal.. (just did this about 2 hrs ago)

PS: Why didn't I just copy the disk? cause the fixit floppy is about
150K < than a 1.44MB floppy and I need that extra space for my bigger
kernel :)
