Well, I have to say that had I not been reading this news group I probably would never have found the answer to the question when it happened on my system. Part of the problem is =too= much information, part the tendency for most of us to blithely assume we know what the hell we're doing 'cause we've done it before somewhere else on some other system. (Hmm, could this be related to the tendency NOT to ask for directions??).
