It's not, but it sets up "out of the box" easily.  Caveat:  Grail
requires tcl76/tk42.  The python package's tkinter module is compiled
against tcl75/tk41; you will need to instead compile the port using
the more recent versions.

That said, Grail disappointed me because it's unbearably slow, and
seems to have a severe memory leak problem....  the python process
running Grail grew to about 32M after about maybe an hour of casual
browsing.  Plus, it can't view JPEG pictures (from what i can
understand of the code [i'm not python-literate], it's supposed to,
but it just fails).  I've been meaning to muck with it some more so i
can report these problems back to the mailing list, but i'ven't had
the time.  So i'll just stick with N$ 3.01 for now...
