See /usr/share/examples/worm.  You can make your CD bootable if you use
mkisofs v1.10 or later (use boot.flp as the boot image).

Nope.  You'd have to use the newer sysinstall sources which support 3.3
or you'll need to rename the 3.3 files to the same names as the 3.2 ones
(gross hack).
