Hi *,

Has anyone successfully built rayshade? Now that I have a good C
compiler, (gcc-2.3.3), a better math library, and of course, a
math coprocessor (Cyrix) I figured I'd try some raytracing on
386BSD. Gad, that sounds adventurous, right? :)

Anyway, I was having some trouble with the Configure script, various
parts of it not working correctly, and I've tried to edit a config.h
file manually, but when I make, it simply sits there in a couple of
shell scripts. For over an hour now, it's just been sitting here, and
it hasn't compiled anything yet.

I've edited the Configure script so that the awk tests for the Manifest
file are removed. Before I did this, it wouldn't get past this point,
just saying 'awk: no program'. Now, it bombs out in the Configure
script when it asks for any additional C flags, no matter what I type.

If it helps, I can mail or post the Configure script in a subsequent
message. So far, this is the most complex script / makefile combination
I've tried on 386BSD.
