This may be off the subject, slightly, but, I think the best answer
may come from here.

I need an XF86Config file and driver for this card. I know the monitor
details, just don't have the config file and the driver. I tried to
use the SVGA driver and associated driver, but, it doesn't seem to
work. SuperProbe says this is an Oak OTI-087, 256K, Generic 8-bit.

The card is:

   Chipset MGA-2064W
   RamDac TI TVP3026
   Memory 2MB
   String MGA Millennium

The monitor is a Sony CPD-1730. I split the mode lines for readability

  # Mode 3 640x480 @ 60 Hz, 25.175 kHz hsync
  Modeline "640x480" 25.175 640 656 752 800
                             480 490 492 525 +hsync +vsync

  # Mode 5 800x600 @ 72 Hz, 48.077 kHz hsync
  Modeline "800x600" 50 800 856 976 1040
                             600 637 643 666 +hsync +vsync

  # Mode 6 1024x768 @ 70 Hz, 48.4 kHz hsync
  Modeline "1024x768" 75 1024 1048 1184 1328
                             768 771 777 806 -hsync -vsync

  # Mode 7 1024x768s @ 60 Hz, 48.78 kHz hsync
  Modeline "1024x768s" 64 1024 1088 1184 1312
                             768 771 774 813 -hsync -vsync

The mode lines work great for the monitor with a different Video Card.

MGA does not offer anything.
