No, doesn't come with drivers, does come with UNIX install book.
Yes it's work out of the box -- either the e or the eU -- you don't fiddle
with the
dip switches on the underside for PC connect, generally. If you might want
to plug
it into a Sun or some other Unix box then get the eU.

Hmmm. I  disagree. As long as it's single ended, it should work.
