One thing that needs to be looked into in 2.2.2 and later is:

If login.conf and the classes scheme replaces certain older kernel config
options, shouldn't certain users have their classes defined by default
in master.passwd (such as root, news, etc.)?

I had to do a vipw (as well as edit login.conf) to finally get rid of the
annoying "too many open files" message from leafnode's fetch (user news).

OK, some might say, "admin your system", but we're talking about default
user id's.   Why aren't their classes defined in master.passwd?
