I have put the entire directory tree up for grabs via anon. ftp. Obviously, there will be some files which cant be read, but all the important ones can be. In the directory /ftp/dist there is a set of files src015.a[a-o] which are 1Meg in size, and contain a compressed cpio image of /usr/src on my system (fully patched, with various extras, such as Julians SCSI Drivers, working LPT, and various fixes). I will endeavour to keep this up to date.
