ps: kvm_getprocs: Cannot allocate memory


i get the above message intermittently out of a cronjob every
night?  what causes it and how can i make it go away

dejanews showed me a 3/30 post from eric futch where he had the
same problem on bsdi (i'm on freebsd 217kernel 215commands)
