Greets,

Having been a Linux user (don't throw anything! ;) ) for several years
I decided to try FreeBSD and it's AWESOME. However, after installing
2.2.2 I have a small problem. The first time sysinstall runs, it works
super, allowing me to install several programs from the ports
collection, etc.. However, on subsequent trys running /stand/sysinstall
the program will fail with a segmentation fault and dump the core (signal
11) when it is negotiating the connection to the FreeBSD ftp site. The
rest of sysinstall works great, but forget installing any more ports or
distributions without manually ftping the files. I thought maybe my
system got trashed somehow, so I dumped it and reinstalled. Same deal,
1st time it works great, every try after that I get the above problem.
It's a pain manually retrieving all the files I would like to install,
anyone have any clue why this is happening? I have had no other
problems with my install/operation at all, it all seems to be running
super.
