You should install the Netscape 3.0 port, which sets all environment
variables correctly and should help fix all your problems.

I'm not sure why your secondary IDE controller isn't being found.  You
might want to boot into Windoze and see what address your secondary
IDE controller resides at.  My IDE CD-ROM is the secondary master and
it runs fine.

It's perfect.

That's the default device.  You need to specify the device for workman
with -c.  RTFM.  Also, workman by default wants to create workman.pid
in /var/run, and will complain unless it can write to it.  I've
changed /var/run's mode to 1777, which is the simpler solution if you
don't want to go back into the source and change the setting for the
PID file.

That's normal.  You'll probably find rwcd0c as well, which is the
character device which goes with wcd0c.
