I've 2 problems with the console under X: - The console cannot be redirected in a X console window when I'm not root. (I've set the setuid and the setgid of xconsole to root and anybody can write on the console). - Even if X manages to open a X console (when I'm root), after a su root, message are sent both in the X console window and on the screen, which scroll the screen.
