You can do this using System Commander I happen to have FreeBSD
installed on my third IDE Drive. I use System Commander to boot
between Win95. WFWG 3.11, Dos 6.22 and FreeBSD.
You have to install FreeBSD on the second drive but you have to make
sure to install the Boot Easy loader. After you have installed FreeBSD
you can use System Commander's Install/Update utility to reinitialize
System Commander. System Commander will automatically recognize the
FreeBSD slice. I took me a while to figure this out but once I
figured out what to do everything was straightforward and simple.
