NO!
Serious ISP never tell you that you can't maintain reverse 
name server for non-octet boundary adress space.

If you maintain company.com and address space 10.1.2.160/30
with name server at ns.company.com your ISP can add

160  IN CNAME 160.160.2.1.10.in-addr-arpa
161  IN CNAME 161.160.2.1.10.in-addr-arpa
162  IN CNAME 162.160.2.1.10.in-addr-arpa
163  IN CNAME 163.160.2.1.10.in-addr-arpa
-----------------------------------------

into 2.1.10.in-addr.arpa zone definition file

Then you can setup primary NS for 160.2.1.10.in-addr.arpa with
