I used a tool called BootPart available from
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/gvollant/bootpart.htm to
setup the WindowsNT bootloader to deal with the following configuration:

	Windows95 on IDE disk 0
	WindowsNT on IDE disk 1
	Linux on IDE disk 2
	FreeBSD on SCSI disk 0

When booting linux, I chain to a lilo configuration that lets me
select what kernel/configuration to boot. The other configurations
boot their respective operating system more directly. The tool is
well documented and easy to use. As I recall, the technique with
FreeBSD is to tell the installation not to touch any Master Boot
Records.
