You've either got ghosts or a bad keyboard.  I'd suspect the
second as you havn't heard any other noises at night :)

You could try taking the keyboard apart and look for the
crystalized sugar coating left over from the coffee that
got spilt on it (maybe), or something else may become obvious
when it's in bits (like: oops, I can't get it back together :)

See if you can borrow another keyboard from somewhere to "prove"
this.
