 Perhaps, we should get a few custom kernel setups in future releases.
If you're going to run a news server, start with the "news" kernel.
Copies of real life kernel configs might be very useful for other
people just getting into setting up powerful FreeBSD systems.

  At least there should be a desktop version which supports X, dialups, etc..
the "home" end user kernel.


  Or, I could just be really wrong with all of this.
