Some time ago I posted my question and did not receive any response. So, I've got the same situation/problem again. I hope somebody might know what this might mean. In /var/log/messages : Jun 1 00:51:41 myhost /kernel: ahc0: WARNING no command for scb 3 (cmdcmplt) Jun 1 00:51:42 myhost /kernel: QOUTCNT == 2 Jun 1 00:51:42 myhost /kernel: ahc0: WARNING no command for scb 3 (cmdcmplt) Jun 1 00:51:42 myhost /kernel: QOUTCNT == 1 Right now I have 2.1-STABLE, compiled about 10 days ago. Previously, I saw the same messages in longer chains with decreasing QOUTCNT values Thanks IgoR
