I use FBSD 2.2.2, NCR 53c810 SCSI-2 controller, Conner 1GB F-SCSI HD
and IBM DCAS 34330 Ultra SCSI 4GB harddrive. Since several days
I have trouble! The system I administer is a PC based server
with GigaByte 586HX mainboard and 128MB memory. It is impossible to
install a FBSD system on the system! After installing the base system
I get the messag from the NCR that it failed and try to restart
(error seems like this:
ncr0:0 ERROR (90:0) (8-a2-0) (0/13) @ (1e8:43000060)
	 script cmd = 878b0000
	 reg: da 00 00 13 47 00 04 1f 31 08 00 a2 80 00 07 02
ncr0: restart (fatal error)

Then several errors occur on the harddrives (can't get size etc).

What happend to the system? Is it important on which PCI slot the NCR is located on?
Please help!

Thanks in advance,
O. Hartmann
