I tried compiling hylafax 4.0pl1 yesterday and it falls over in a lot
of directories trying to include sys/bsdtypes.h and sys/mkdev.h (maybe
others too). Has someone successfully compiled version 4.0pl1 and is
willing to share how s/he did it?
