I've just been handed an SMC EtherPower II 10/100 NIC (9432TX). FreeBSD
reports the Vendor Id as 0x10b8 (I presume that this is SMC's code) and
Device Id of 0x0005. This card does _NOT_ use the DEC Ethernet chipset
(21x4x) but uses an SMC ic instead!

Has anyone else come across this NIC and is there a driver either
available or in the works?

Tony
