I have a Hauppauge Win/TV PCI (UK PAL version), working nicely
under FreeBSD 2.2 with the driver from -current.
[In fact, I have the ITN news playing in the corner of my
screen as I write..]

The driver claims to have support for the Miro cards,
but I have no personal knowledge.

Since the only component that connects to the PCI bus is the
Bt848 itself, it is extremely likely that there will be no
difference between the manufacturers in this respect.
