This may be a simple problem (and probably is) but I can't seem to
find a simple solution. My knowledge of Unix is not as good as it
should be so I may well be missing something that the Unix world takes
for granted.

Here it is... I have a FreeBSD 2.1 box running Samba to provide
connections to my Win96 system. I have an HP laser printer connected
to /dev/lp0 on the BSD system which is shared through Samba and to
which I can print from Win95. So far so good. Works just fine thank
you.

The silly problem is that all my Windows print jobs seem to have an
extra form feed tacked on and eject and eject an extra page when the
job completes. I end up with blank pages between all my print jobs.
Is there a simple way to solve this?

Please reply via e-mail to ddunlop@redpoint.com as I don't get into
the newsgroup very often.

Many thanks,
Don
