Interesting.  How can you tell you've got dups if they're cancelled
before they get to you ?

I can honestly say that my ISP and the ISP of the company I currently
work for don't deliver duplicates -  certainly not outside of the
14 day "remember" line I have in my news config files (anything inside
of that, innd will throw away anyway).
