The APS formatter was missing when I last looked. You could try the Apple
one. This can be found on one of the update discs for system 7.5.?. To
use it on a ZIP drive you will have to download a patch from a shareware
archive. I use a mirror to the umich archive. I can't give the umich
address because I can't remember it.

You will run into trouble with version numbers . The patch is very fussy about
versions but I can't remember the details.

If the worst comes to the worst I could probably pass on APS.
