We are upgrading one of our machines to FBSD 2.2.1. This disk had
windows 95 and NT 4.0 workstation on it. The disk was reformatted
using dos then dos and Win 95 were loaded into the first 200 Meg. The
drive was then defragmented and partitioned with FIPS.

When the machine is booted with the boot.flp it gets to
'Changing root device to fd0c' and then says:
panic double fault
Syincing disks...

and just hangs there. The hard disk geometry it shows seems to be
correct as it is the same as is found by FBSD on other identicle
machines.

We are totally stumped and have no idea where to even look for the
problem. Please help.

Thanks,
Charlie Reese
