Now outdated and replaced with "indent".

With the option -s, it would use spaces around all operators,
Kernighan & Ritchie style. Unfortunately, it would also transform
"1e-6" to "1e - 6", which conspired with a bug in the portable C
compiler parsing that as 1e0 - 6, alias -5. Did weird stuff to my loop
termination conditions...

I used to say that cb -s meant "create bug, silently".
