I have written many messages to this newsgroup asking for help with
getting my FreeBSD 2.1.5 box to accept local/remote logins. 

Many of you have offered some very good suggestions, to no avail. I have
taken each suggestion and tried it out, but nothing is working. On my last
attempt, I captured this error. Maybe it will make some sense to one of
you who has more knowledge about these things:

tcsh: Permission denied.

I got this by running a rsh from a trusted server on the network. What is
the setgroup process, and how do I fix it? 

Please offer any suggestions as this is getting to a critical status...
