I too am experiencing this problem.  I wrote up a formal bug report on
this.  I also posted to this group, but I think it didn't get past my
site because I haven't seen the posting here using my ISP.  

I think the driver works for an older revision of the card (whatever the
person who wrote the driver had) and things have changed since then.  It
shouldn't be too hard to figure out what changed between different card
models.  I'm not sure why they changed the spec. IMHO that is bad form,
and should be discouraged.  I can volunteer to get the information if
someone can make the appropriate changes.  I REALLY want to get this
going.  Also in the meantime, somebody should change the document stating
that FreeBSD works with EtherExpress Pro/10.  This is NOT the case.

You're card will work on Win95 though.  I know that much...  In fact thats
the only way I can get my network going. :( :(
