UPS is a full-fledged DEBUGGER for Unix. It has support for several
platforms. The last time I looked at it, it had full C support
(including structure expansion) and some FORTRAN. It has GUI interface
which is easy (really) to use.

Please forgive me, but its the only debugger outside of the non-GUI VMS
debugger worth using.
