We've been discussing this yesterday, since some German politicians
(who apparently don't have _any_ clues and simply think it's
sufficient to launch some law in order to have people no longer
encrypting something, ah well, perhaps they believe we don't know yet
what encryption is, and we're just waiting for them to give us The
Blessed Encryption :-) are also trying to follow France.

We should simply regularly post snippets taken from /dev/urandom then,
and put the question on top: ``Is this encrypted text?  Who can
decipher it?'' :-))  Something like:
