Hello, all!

I'm trying to install FreeBSD 2.1.5 from a Walnut Creek CDROM, and I'm running
into some trouble.

The software gets installed, and my ethernet card (which is an SMC80*) gets
sensed okay. By booting with a -c, I don't see any driver conflicts.

Doing a "ifconfig -a" shows ed0:.... with it's MAC address, so the system knows
the card is there.

However, when I try to select Network Interfaces in the handy-dandy
/start/sysinstall utility, nothing happens! I get forced back to the previous
menu. The manual "Installing and Running FreeBSD" says a network interface
selection screen should come up, which isn't happening. Therefore, I can't
set my host name, domain name, ip address, etc.

Is this a problem with the 2.1.5 installation utility? Should I get the
latest current release? If so, what would that be?

Any useful information would be greatly appreciated!
