If you can, submit your enhancements as a PR (you can just attach your
diffs to the report, either raw or as a uuencoded tarball or something).
If you have access to a networked FreeBSD box then you can use the
send-pr(1) command, otherwise simply use the web interface at:

	http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html
