Ok, that's only guessing, but try to link the crypt-libraries in
/usr/lib as follows:

libcrypt.a -> libdescrypt.a
libcrypt.so.2.0 -> libdescrypt.so.2.0
libcrypt_p.a -> libdescrypt_p.a
