Windows 95 OSR2 has introduced a new file system type called
FAT32. FAT32 allow for more then 65536 clusters, which allows
for more effiecent storage on big disks.

Unless you run Windows 95 OSR2 you have FAT16 file system.

You will not be able to access a FAT32 partition using the
existing FreeBSD MS DOS file system driver.
