Probably the fxp driver (a netcard, fast ethernet) complaining
about not recognizing the PHY (physical layer) chip that
interfaces the MAC's MII (media independent interface) to
the wire. Try to run diagnostics for the card or swap it
with a known good one. May be a driver timing issue, too.
