What you need is CAP 60, which turns a unix box into an Appleshare
server (print server too). We use it all the time at my employers and it
works fine. E-Mail me if you need more info but a good URL to go to is:

http://www.cs.mu.OZ.AU/appletalk/cap.html

Its the home page for a CAP user group or somesuch and is very
informative.
