I errored in my patch to kvm_mkdb (my kvm_mkdb.c.old file was corrupt, not the
new one). Here's the right patch.

Problem was that if kvm_mkdb was given an argument, it would try to open the
file kvm_mkdb (ie. argv[0]) instead of argv[1].
