	I just downloaded the whole thing, I was too impatient to wait for the
supplier to bring in the Wcreek release, however they didn't say anything
about not being able to acquire it.  I think I will check to see if there
are any restrictions.

	I know their export restrictions have something to do with the DES,
however I didn't think that the export restriction applied to canada, in
fact I beleive I got that too....
