I want to make a modification to dosboot, but I appear to be
missing a header file. disk.c includes diskslic.h which doesn't
appear to be in the distribution (I checked the 2.1.5 and
2.2.1 CD's). Am I missing something or is this file really
missing, and if so, where can I get a copy?
