Hello,

I am trying to setup a FreeBSD system which automatically establishes a
ppp link (via modem) when I want to reach a remote system. After a
certain period of inactivity the ppp link should automatically release
the connection. All this in order to save telephone costs.

Is there somebody who knows if this can be done ?

Walter
