I just downloaded fips.exe from
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/tools/fips.exe

Turns out that its infected by 'ONE HALF.3544' virus. I'm using McAfee
Associates' Scan 2.2.9 virus scanner.

maybe this should be somewhere in freebsd-security ?
