hmm,

first of all: make sure you have a backup ;-)
second: make sure you have a backup ;-!

ok, let's assume you are daring: just boot from the boot floppy, select
'upgrade' (or so), ignore all the warnings (if you have a backup ;)
and there you go...
worked flawlessly for me (i.e. i didn't need to restore one backup (for
the five machines i upgraded)  ;-)
