Hello world again.

After a few months of trying to get 386BSD to install either
manually or using the install program, I have notices something.
Everytime I run the following the system hangs!

	vi
	elvis
	disklabel
	newfs
	zcpio

I think that about it... All off of either the dist or fixit
disk. I can boot both fine, run ls, stty, sh fine. Could there be
some type of memory problem I am having? Some kind of bios setup. I have
a 386-40 with the opti chipset and AMI bios. Is there some dos program
out there that I can use to debug this? It that possible? Is there
a kernal that has heavy debuging code in it avaliable? I mean plenty
of printf's and the like? So I can at least see what going on? Is
there some keys I can press to get debugging info on the kernal?
Help!

p.s. I have tried to boot linux but the same problem occurs. Now that
seems like there maybe a problem with the board, eh? But I don't
have the background in 386bsd as the rest of you to deal with this!
