I'm sorry for following-up on my own post but
I need to give better explanations.

After the initial attempt to upgrade, I rebooted
the machine and attempted the upgrade from
the beginning. The upgrade procedure won't recognize
the ethernet card.

I tried to boot (without the install disk) and it
would start to boot but then hang, as if a file were
corrupted.

The upgrade procedure isn't recognizing my e-net card,
can anyone help??

Thanks
Dave
